- The Direct Mail and Email Marketing Contractor will work with the Marketing Managers to create, execute, and monitor the performance of direct mail and email campaigns.
- Campaign coordination, execution, and deployment
- Responsible for development, analysis, and execution of marketing plans to maximize results.
- Develop, execute, and optimize Direct Mail and Email marketing campaigns for all products across multiple club accounts.
- Create all campaign requirements and necessary tracking to enable team to accurately report on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agency, and vendors to meet marketing campaign goals.
- Consistently monitor, evaluate, and refine direct mail and email programs to maximize revenue and staying within approved budgets.
- Execute creative, format, and subject line testing to achieve optimum response rates.
- Ensure creative execution consistent with Brand and Creative Guidelines
- Manage day-to-day, including campaign calendar and daily/weekly campaign meetings. This person will own the campaign calendar, aligning with internal business stakeholders and marketing channel owners.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing spend by maintaining monthly review of budgets with marketing managers.
- Track actual vs budget.
- Assist team as needed in processing and coding invoices in a timely manner.
- Highly developed understanding and knowledge of direct mail and email program implementation
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into tactical plans; work on complex issues that require strong business judgment and analytical skills.
- Comfort dealing with high levels of complexity, in a fast-moving culture.
- Ability to achieve business goals by applying strong judgment, creativity, and technical know-how to program management.

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience Education
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and project management
- Key technologies: Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, experience using Microsoft Teams a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
