Sales Manager
Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday or as necessary

Team environment
Sales Manager - responsibilities are :
Meeting and exceeding Team Sales Goals
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives and retail lead setters
Big box retail program management and performance
Develop the agenda and lead weekly sales meetings
Implementation and execution of the strategic plan to reach desired goals
Develop operations standards and policies through input and discussion with other departments
Be available to answer manager and / or employee questions
Resolve disputes and problems which may arise amongst department or employees
Resolve customer disputes and issues
Review pricing and update per mark-up and margin guidelines set by management
Attend weekly manager meetings and assist the owner in the tracking and monitoring of department goals and effectiveness
Skills and qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in sales management
Understanding of HVAC / Plumbing products, services, and system design is preferred
Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, are required. Experience with Service Titan is a plus
Good practical experience with spreadsheets and related corporate software
Goal-driven and desire to own / drive performance in a driven environment
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
