Responsibilities
  • Extensive use and application of knowledge about Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and its applicability in real world use cases
  • Ensure process assessments leveraging knowledge about the different IPA solutions and its capabilities, knowledge about the different process scenarios and their corresponding automation solutions, Good and Bad scenarios for automation
  • Understanding of IPA methodology and the associated templates and roles and responsibilities · Proposes and elicits innovative digital solutions through discussions with team members by cascading information on Process Changes
  • Understands and articulates problems/issues in a timely and accurate manner from the delivery/operations teams
  • Prepare business cases, project charters, Automation Assessments (RPA), Business Requirement Documents, (BRD) and use cases
  • Participate in exploring solutions for problems and process bottlenecks
  • Actively contributes to change implementation initiatives on the floor
  • Reports issues related to problems/opportunities to transformation leaders · Play pivotal role in executing transformation governance model to build the continuous improvement culture
  • Should deliver client presentations, business development and presales support for continuous improvement and innovation.

Skill & Qualification
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 10 or more experience in a fast paced, rapidly changing operations environment.
  • Must have project managed 5 high impact Automation/Analytics end to end
  • Must have RPA automation life cycle management experience
  • Must be Black belt Certified from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology
  • Must have experience in relevant domain & reputed KPO is preferred.
  • Must have 11 years of work experience with minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skill · Should be a self-starter
