Description:Customer Care Representatives will be taking inbound calls from current insurance policy customers. Customers are calling in because they have received a letter in the mail or some type of communication that their insurance policy needs to be renewed, etc. and they were given this number to call. There will be no outbound calls- this is all incoming customer service calls helping customers renew, cancel or make changes to their current policy.Pay: $16/hr (bilingual $16.50)- if converted to full time employee they will get an increase in payTraining Schedule: M-F 7AM-3:30PMPost Training Schedule: Must be open to work a shift between the hours of M-F 5:00AM-6PMAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Qualifications: Customer Service Experience, with an emphasis on experience - need to be able to provide a positive experience to all customers This is an entry level position so they are open to work experience as long as the candidate is open to learning.
