Level II Tech
5 years managed service experience or equivalent. Intermediate Skills in Windows OS, Server ,Networking ,Printing and software support. Able to install computers, switches, access points and firewalls with minimal assist. Able to support backup, security and patch management tasks on desktops. Experience with NCentral RMM a PLUS Experience with Datto/Autotask a PLUSYou should know: Your safety matters!
