For Victorian based employees, the compliance date is 26 November 2021.All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Transportation Analyst (Level 3) to join our TWL (Transportation, Warehousing, and Logistics) team located in Mesa, Arizona or Seattle, Washington .This position will involve working diverse domestic and international projects in both the commercial and government sectors. Projects may include supporting RFPs, contracts, network optimization, carrier contracts and supplier management.You will have the opportunity to interface with corporate level leaders across the industry, and manage these critical relationships at all levels. Join us and be challenged.Position Responsibilities:Provide support for the development of the statement of work to secure cost-effective transportation services

Analyze carrier performance data for cycle time, costs and business process review

Participate on enterprise-wide and cross-functional teams defining export control programs

Interface with internal/external compliance organizations and responds to Customs and Border Protection inquiries for export control issues to ensure compliance with export regulations, federal regulations, Foreign Trade Regulations and the Boeing Compliance Offices

Certify the shipment of dangerous goods

Investigate loss and damage claims to carriers

Design transportation plans and solutions

Provide program managers with the development of transportation plans

Identify requirements and business rules for third party freight audit and payment provider to ensure compliance

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):More than 3 years of experience in transportation planning

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or other related field

More than 5 years of with transportation management, transportation data analytics and route planning experience

More than 5 years of experience managing supply chain and logistics or transportation logistics for a large company, or as a third-party logistics manager

More than 5 years of experience analyzing carrier performance, costs, business processes and developing service level agreements in the transportation field

More than 3 years of experience working within a transportation management system (TMS)

Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
