PROJECT MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - MESA AZ ALL ONSITE NO REMOTE WORK

Manages all aspects of the project. Conducts pre-planning through implementation and evaluation, requesting additional resources and making revisions as needed.

Inspects bid, quotes, takeoffs and specs to calculate material orders, submits orders, arranges shipping, schedules fabrication and installation and all other duties necessary to manage project start to finish. Responsible for budgetary oversight on each project.

Confirms, communicates and updates project schedules on a regular basis with Engineering, Shop Manager, other Project Managers, Superintendents and external customers.

Ensures proper documentation, approves all project activities and expenses. Ensures procedures are consistently followed, including safety protocols established internally and by the customer.

Reviews and reports the status of project progress, including quality and profitability, with team members and management regularly. Communicates accurate monthly billing to Accounting.

Helps identify field personnel who are qualified for succession into Project Management roles.

Reviews progress of projects regularly, including budgets, and compiles results in a report to GM.
