You Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work; Positive attitude
Ability to work outside in extreme temperatures
Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Keen eye for detail
Minimum 1 year multifamily experience with general property cleaning and detailing, picking up trash, painting walls, floors and curbs, and customer service.
Salary Range: $11 to 12 per hour depending on experience
Background and pre-employment drug screening are required. EOE
