Groundskeeper-General Maintenance Worker- Part-Time and Full-Time
Palo Verde Meadows Association in Bullhead City is seeking a landscaper who loves working outdoors, who can follow direction and make good decisions, is responsible, detail oriented and caring. All work will be performed using Palo Verdes equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
Trimming of shrubs
Mowing and edging of grass
Raking and debris removal
Operate light vehicles and portable power tools
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Operation of gas powered equipment: weed eater, mower, hedge trimmer, blower;
Operation of hand tools including but not limited to: rakes, pruners, hula hoes, hoes, shovels.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a frequent basis and up to 100 lbs on an occasional basis.
Employment is contingent on drug and background screenings as well as a clean motor vehicle report.
