Signature Marketing is a growing insurance marketing company. We are looking for motivated individuals to make calls to small businesses across the country to develop X-Date leads and Appointments on behalf of our insurance broker clients.
This is for P&C Commercial Insurance - Property, Liability, Work Comp, Commercial Auto
Basically we call and get a hold of business owners to find out when their insurance renews, and if they're open to get a call back to get a quote on their policies before they renew with their current broker.
There is no sales involved. Just calling and developing general interest.
From there we ask a few qualifying questions:
1. X-Date - date(s) that the insurance policies renew during the year.
2. Who is insuring them - insurance carrier and broker info.
3. # of employees
4. # of location
5. # of autos.
Our appointment setters then call these leads back 2-3 months prior to the prospects renewal date to set up a face to face meeting with our contracted insurance brokers to meet with the insured to possibly quote and write the policies!
There is no selling involved. Just generating general interest.
Requirements:
Outbound Phone Experience - Business to Business calling only
P&C Insurance background a definite plus
Basic computer skills - Outlook - Excel - Word
Punctual - 150-200 Dials a day
Strong will to succeed!
Average pay is $14.00- $21.00 per hour.
There is room to grow in the company to be an appointment setter and sales positions.
You can also work from home once you get the hang of working and are fully trained.
