FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER

We are a Phoenix based growing construction company. We design, install, and service low voltage systems in commercial applications.
We are interviewing for a professional for our increasing base of customers and referrals.
Successful candidates will be punctual, detailed, organized, courteous, and customer service orientated.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong in Quick Books and Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong math skills
Strong writing skills
Strong communication skills
Detail orientated
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
Remitting payroll, income, and sales taxes
Quarterly government tax submissions
Clients pay applications
Monthly contract billings
Service billings
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconciling cash, bank accounts and revenues
Maintaining an accurate general ledger, adjusting as needed
Creating journal entries for all accounts, including fixed assets
Monitoring the business' cash flow
Collecting payments from customers
Processing employees' timesheets and managing payroll
Collecting information for auditing purposes
Preparing tax returns and monthly and quarterly financial statements
Perform special tasks or projects as requested
