This role will champion the completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of the new client Portal.This position will create detailed business analysis, outline problems, opportunities and solutions.They will be responsible to identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements to report back to stakeholders.Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport the client Portal Project team in leading the technical and functional requirements gatheringParticipate in team meetingsSolicit business requirements from end users and convert the requests into a workable solution to present to technology staffServe as conduit between agency business units, technical teams and /or vendor companies in answering questions to clarify requirementsCreate process flows and business flows by collaborating with the business teamsProvides reference material by writing documentationResearch & evaluate technology to discuss with the technical team and present to the businessProvides support to the project as neededEnsuring solutions meet business needs and requirementsWorks with third-party vendors to ensure proper communication & issues are addressedCreate Use Cases to support the business needsCreate Test Cases to validate the desired outputPerform User Acceptance testingManage application issues, fixes, and enhancementsResponsible for consulting with customers on business needsPrepare and deliver well-organized presentationsProvides support to help meet scheduleRequired Skills and Experience3+ years’ experience as a business analysis or a related fieldHighly organized but willing to adjust direction when necessaryExperience writing business & technical requirement documentsExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsAbility to turn complex concepts into simple languageStrong customer service skillsStrong technical KnowledgeExcellent problem determination skillsWillingness to work in a collaborative environmentProficient knowledge of requirements gathering processes and analysisDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizationsDemonstrated ability to quickly learn new platforms, evaluate, and test technologies.Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Ability to provide clear, effective communication regarding technical issuesTime management, attention to detail, expectation setting and organization / coordination skills toprovide solid service managementDemonstrated ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasksPreferred Skills and knowledgeBachelor’s degree, preferably in the areas of Management Information Systems, Computer Science, orrelated fieldExperience with Google G SuiteExperience in the solicitation and procurement of software solutions VIVA USA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a professional working environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment.
