We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Benefit Specialists, helping working families understand and utilize the benefits available to them. No prior insurance experience? No problem — we provide full training and support.
What You’ll Do:
Educate union members about their no-cost benefits
Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
Build relationships while helping families protect what matters most
Work part-time or full-time, flexible schedule
