Summary:
Calling all customer service representatives in the Phoenix area! Volt Workforce Solutions is currently partnered with Chargepoint and we are hiring for customer support positions at their Scottsdale location. Chargepoint is a renewable energy company that manufactures electric vehicle charging stations and provides the support for drivers utilizing them. In this role, you will be joining a friendly team and a positive environment that solves any issues these EV drivers may have.
We are looking for hardworking individuals to get started in their upcoming training class. We will be conducting an open house / job fair at Chargepoint's location on Thursday, August 2nd from 10:00am - 3:00pm. Please be sure to dress professionally and make sure you bring in a copy of your updated resume. We will be conducting on the spot interviews, and you will most likely receive a same day hiring decision.
We are seeking multiple candidates for the following position
- Driver Support Representatives
o Pay: $14/hr
o Looking for 1-3 years' customer support experience
o Friendly, outgoing personality
o Reliable and dependable
o Eagerness to join a booming industry
o Enjoys troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving customer issues
