Resident Self Storage Manager/Team Wanted APARTMENT INCLUDED- - Phoenix, AZ

Then we are looking for you. This opening is for a TWO PERSON TEAM ONLY
This is a 40 hour per week responsibility. You will have an assistant manager for coverage during time off.
Job Skills Required:
OUTSTANDING Customer Service
Regular Maintenance and Cleaning of Property.
We are looking for applicants with at least 3 years experience in Self Storage
Be comfortable with computers and business management software. We currently use storEDGE as the facility management software program.
Sell and process Self Storage leases both in person and over the phone
Keep detailed documentation and have basic troubleshooting skills
Be responsible for bank deposits and timely reporting
Be responsible with the collections process and auctions
Have basic maintenance skills
Be able to network with the local community and prospect for new business
Please:
Be able to lift 25lbs, sit, stand, bend, stoop and walk for extended periods
Be able to pass credit and background check
Have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Have high school diploma or better
Have basic sales and marketing experience
Have strong written and verbal skills
Have the ability to plan and prioritize workload
Have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
