Job Description:Overall experience 10+ yrsAt least 7+ yrs experience on data archival and should have executed end-to-end data archival implementations using IBM Optim – data archival suiteShould have executed strategy , architecture , design and implementations on data archival (for retirement applications & live archiving scenarios)Provide reporting solutions to access & view the archived data by the SMEs/end usersExcellent communication and customer facing skills

Roles and responsibilitiesArchitect and design for data archival engagements (e.g. Data archival for retiring applications, on-going data archival/live archiving) using IBM OptimRequirements gathering, customer workshops, scoping, etc.Lead data archival engagement. Responsible for end-to-end solution and technical deliverables (data archival development, execution, production deployment, security/access, archived data access/reporting, system optimization)Provide guidance to the offshore team and enable program success
