Join our non-profit organization, where your heart and mind go to work!JOB SUMMARY:Develop and implement overall annual and long-term sponsor partnership annual blood drive programs in assigned geography to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual collection goals. Identify, develop, and implement creative strategies to attract, sell, manage, and retain Blood Program Leaders/Sponsor partnerships. Develop plans to effect maximum sponsor partnerships of key specific market segments.

Maintain a high level of communication with all assigned Blood Program Leaders/Sponsors to ensure Sponsor is dedicated to their annual blood program and partnership with the American Red Cross. Provide sufficient organizational and operational support to sponsor contact to ensure achievement of collection operation and annual goals.

Identify and apply appropriate methods to ensure productive scheduling of blood drives by assigned Sponsors to maximize the use of resources and meet blood collection goals. Support the blood drive annual calendar build.

Schedule education programs for sponsor contact within assigned groups to assist in meeting collection objectives and to comply with all ARCBS directives, Code of Federal Regulations, local operating procedures, and other related regulatory requirements.

Develop a working knowledge for the assigned geography, including but not limited to its government, demographics organizations, and competitive profile. Apply that knowledge to all aspects of servicing Sponsor groups and the penetration of designated markets.

Maintain accurate records in appropriate systems to provide tracking and statistical data on Sponsor group performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field; or an equivalent combination of related education and experience required.Experience: Minimum three years of related experience, and/or time in the role of Account Manager required.Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent oral and written communications skills, including training and presentation skills. Ability to work on a team. Ability to work with internal/external partners as well as internal unit management teams to resolve complex business problems. Ability to analyze historical collection data, project upcoming collection trends, define goals, develop measurements, and achieve operational improvements in key performance metrics. Ability to effectively implement programs preferred.
