Role:Ensure that internal and external service levels are met in a timely and high-quality manner
Work with internal constituencies (implementation, call center, development and product) to assure smooth internal operations
Help facilitate ingestion, manipulation, loading, maintenance, and delivery of data for existing and new carrier partners
Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner to promote customer satisfaction
Maintain data with the highest level of accuracy
Ability to manage/report on team systems as needed (PEGA,Jira,CAP,ERM,PEM,PECT).
Attend to data and reporting projects as needed
Ability to outreach and resolve carrier issues/ maintain carrier relationships
Other duties as assigned
QualificationsSelf-motivated, highly analytical, organized and uncompromisingly detail-oriented
Advanced time-management skills and the ability to meet or exceed deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Very knowledgeable of delimited file conventions, other industry standard data formats, data transmission methodologies, and Microsoft Excel
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
Some experience with SQL (SQL Server or other) and use of ETL tools
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to others and understand their concerns
Positive, proactive attitude
Technical documentation writing
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Data trend identification and resolution
Ability to work well with a team as well as on individually assigned projects
Proven ability to develop and improve processes to drive efficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consistent in meeting deadlines and following through on commitments
Familiarity with Medicare a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
