Title : CC&B TECHNICAL ARCHITECT Location : Phoenix, AZ Contract / Infosys MUST HAVE SKILLS SQL, Cloud-based system delivery, OUAF Framework, configuration, and setup (for online and batch) and Groovy Integration technologies: Oracle Fusion Middleware, PaaS, SaaS WebLogic setup and configuration and Oracle Database knowledge Strong knowledge of architecture in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Utilities Customer Meter Data Management (MDM) Job Description Own the definition, design, and delivery of a successful technical solution. Build an intimate understanding of the client's current and future IT architecture and organization and the relationship between interdependent project work streams. Develop and maintain the necessary plans for technical installations, upgrades, environment management, integration development, and system administration - including critical tasks, milestones, and deliverables aligned with delivering the overall technical solution. Drive execution of planned activities to ensure technical solution (i.e., architecture, environments, integrations, etc.) is delivered on-time and in line with interdependent project work streams and client IT efforts. Facilitate conversations with the client to gather and provide recommendations on target technical requirements, architecture, and design in line with Oracle CC&B capabilities and technical roadmap. Remove obstacles for the technical team to ensure technical objectives are met. Provide regular communication to project leadership and technical team regarding effort status, risks, decisions, delivery quality, and resource-related issues. Provide the appropriate information and documentation to support change orders. Enforce the project issue and risk identification, troubleshooting, decision-making, mitigation, and escalation processes to ensure quick and effective problem resolution. Lead the creation, delivery, and testing of a comprehensive technical solution and all related documentation including requirements documents, technical designs, installation and upgrade guides, etc. Oversee and approve all technical deliverables before delivering to the client. Coordinate delivery of technical requirements and designs and timely receipt of complete and accurate work products from the offshore development team. Provide leadership and support all environment management activities including production support. Identify and request the resources necessary to achieve planned project objectives. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with client IT manager and technical staff. Support the transfer of relevant Oracle CC&B architecture knowledge to target client IT resources. Reinforce company goals, project objectives and role expectations to team members. Assist in RFP efforts by providing key CC&B product and framework knowledge and strategies for addressing prospect technical requirements, writing proposal responses and SOWs, and contributing to other proposal-related activities.
