- The Child Support Systems Subject Matter Expert will provide hands-on assistance towards the design, development, and implementation of the financial management module of the child support replacement system.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of software development and implementation experience in state government sector systems modernization in which ten (10) years has been in Child Support Enforcement.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience as a subject matter expert in child support business processes, with at least ten (10) years focused in financial management and SDU subject areas.
- Experience in performing needs analysis, solving problems, assessing technical capabilities, and conducting JAD sessions.
