Growing together.The Float Practice Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple clinic locations across the greater metropolitan Phoenix area, ensuring efficient and effective operations with accountability for cost, quality, and patient satisfaction results. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this leader will manage clinic budgets, staffing, quality performance, facilities, and physician relations, driving clinical quality and patient service experience across clinics. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, follow-through, and diplomacy skills. Additionally, project management experience is essential to successfully execute various initiatives across multiple sites.Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee the performance of multiple assigned clinic locations across the Phoenix market, including cost management, quality, and patient satisfaction
Ensure seamless operations by floating between different clinic locations as needed
Partner with integration teams to ensure successful practice onboarding and integration, and appropriate resource allocation
Support provider recruitment efforts and play a key role in the successful onboarding and integration of new practices and providers
Provide leadership and coaching to clinic teammates, ensuring regular communication and development to prepare for continued growth
Handle all aspects of staffing and team management, fostering a high-performance work environment that values employees and promotes development and success
Implement strategies to achieve clinical quality and patient services experience measures across multiple clinics
Analyze monthly financial performance to achieve annual budget goals
Develop productivity and performance projections for both budget and future planning
Liaise between operations and physician leadership to ensure providers’ needs are met, reinforcing a culture of transparency and support
Identify opportunities for improvement and drive change initiatives to completion to improve overall operations and financial outcomes

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of practice management experience
Proven understanding of value-based care and the role that operational leaders and teams play in supporting success in a value-based model
Continuous desire to innovate and share success and best practices across markets
Demonstrated solid mentoring and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage group and interpersonal conflict situations effectively
Demonstrated high emotional intelligence, ability to forge meaningful relationships, and success navigating diverse stakeholder groups
Proven solid personal accountability for delivering individual and team results
Ability to perform under pressure with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to follow-through
Ability to demonstrate passion for hands-on problem-solving and execution
Ability to demonstrate low ego and humility, with an ability to gain trust through effective communication and follow-through
Proven history of successfully leading and managing teams to deliver P+L results
Demonstrated experience driving results in a high-growth enterprise
Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills

Access to reliable transportation with ability to travel to locations throughout Phoenix metro area as needed

Primary Care supervisory experience
Experience as a Medical Assistant
Experienced with Epic EMR
Experienced with multiple EMR – eCW, Touchworks, APM etc.
Bilingual – English/Spanish
