Cloud Service Delivery Manager

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB The Cloud Service Delivery Manager is responsible leading a Managed Cloud Services team. This role will be working in a fast-paced environment as Insight Managed Cloud services adds new capabilities to its current Cloud service offerings. A qualified candidate will possess a good combination of leadership skills and technical skills to drive the offering in the direction set forth by our Cloud strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Lead the Cloud Operations team for platform support and day to day activities. Support and troubleshoot cloud deployment and environment issues. Demonstrates expert technical understanding of the intersection of DevOps, both at the server level and at the development level and takes charge of all aspects of deployment and technical operations. Possesses high-level understanding in web application programming, content management, API, databases and system design. Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, implements quality control and reviews system functionality to ensure delivery predictability, efficiency, security and maintainability. Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and delivery in the Cloud. Participate in cross-functional projects and take ownership of individual feature efforts. Assist with identifying and evaluating new technologies and methodologies to solve complex problems. Lead and/or participate on a team designing, developing and testing Infrastructure as Code solutions for IaaS and PaaS solutions for on-prem or Cloud platforms. Support DevOps operations by integrating developed Infrastructure as Code into CI/CD pipeline builds.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years of cloud architect level experience with Azure and AWS. Minimum of 2 years of experience building and releasing infrastructure-as-code in a controlled environment with an understanding of full lifecycle configuration management. Minimum of 2 years of experience developing coding/scripting to build required automation and tools using Chef, Ruby, YAML, JSON, Python, Bash, Azure CLI, PowerShell, Java, etc. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. If Associate's degree, must have minimum of 6 years work experience. Architect level certification in Azure or AWS a big plus Previous Consulting or Agile client service delivery experience
