- Bachelors or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 10-15+ years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits (Conducting/analysing compensation surveys, collaboration with vendors, development/implementation of compensation and benefits, etc.) required
- Relevant certifications, such as CEBS or SHRM certification, preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of current salary benchmarking in the U.S.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or semiconductor company preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
