RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in Phoenix, AZ is looking to add a Delivery Manager to their team as they continue to build on the success of their Agile Transformation.

Summary:The Delivery Manager will play a significant role in the success of a product team by closely collaborating with their assigned Product Team, as well as other Teams and Delivery Managers, to ensure successful product and student-focused outcomes. They will guide the team to improve Agile practices while supporting the product vision today and in the future.

Ongoing Duties: Delivery Manager will coordinate product delivery to ensure desired outcomes are delivered to students Remove impediments that could distract and divert the Team or the Trio from their respective primary focus Use DevOps principles for continuous integration and deployment; Using DevOps Health Radar to grow the team As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure strong cohesion between the product team and Product Trio while promoting innovation, continuous discovery/exploration, and overall team empowerment Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, internal customers, and other DMs to effectively coordinate the deployment and release of products, manage dependencies among Teams, manage the production release process, pursue production issues, and ensure production outages are resolved with urgency Ensure trio discovery work is captured, communicated, and acted upon, using agreed practices and principles Delivery Managers compile and analyze Team performance metrics and utilize that data to lead Team and individual improvements in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity; Create a culture of continuous learning and improvement Embrace agile Core Values, adopt, and apply Agile Principles, implement Agile and Product-Centric practices, and support engagement of these values, principles, and practices by all team members on new and existing Product teams

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach or Project Manager Four years of related work experience, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach or Project Manager

Preferred Qualifications: Scrum Master Certification Understanding of Product-centric principles, Agile software development frameworks, and SDLC Able to work independently with limited supervision and with other department personnel in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment Able to coach teams to reach their highest potential Able to collaborate with upper management, clients, and other departments Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills Able to be a servant leader to multiple teams Self-starter; Organized; Detail-oriented; Motivated to set personal and team goals and proactively track performance against goals and initiatives
