Detailed Job Description: Should be familiar with key elements of an eCommerce product implementation and what is use of each system present in commerce implementation – COTS based eCommerce products (preferably SAP commerce cloud) and other related systems involved like SAP ERP, DAM, PIM, Search engine, etc. present in a digital ecosystem.Familiar with B2B eCommerce as well as B2C. Honeywell is largely B2B eCommerce, so that is a mustShould have led business discussions with key stakeholders to understand business requirements while implementing a commerce solution.Should be able to create end to end user stories from a business requirement and derive verification criteriaConversant with tools like MS Visio, JIRA, MS officeShould be able to create low fidelity wireframes at least. Nice to have if knows how to use any wireframing toolNice to have: any commerce certificationsGather requirements, define processes, train and document the solution, test the solution, change & learning activitiesRequirements DevelopmentElicit requirements from stakeholders (Product Owners, Business SMEs, etc.) and translate into Epics and User Stories in appropriate tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Confluence, Jira, etc.)Business Process documentation (i.e. Visio) that outlines the key GDM MVP1 requirementsBusiness Processes to JIRA EpicsSetting up remote workshops to decompose these Epics into User Stories into JIRAManaging the JIRA user stories along with the Product Managers. They are expected to review and know all user stories entered in JIRA. They should be able to tie all users’ stories back to the Business Processes.Manage the user story readiness (definition of ready)Setting up remote demonstration in-sprint between the development team and product manager/ownersDriving Sprint demos (definition of done)Working with Testing COE ensuring full test coverage; Perform functional testing to verify and validate requirementsWorking with OCM ensuring full training coverage, Work with PM to develop UAT planDocumenting the UAT business scenario along with the Product Managers. They are expected to review and know all scenarios for UAT. You should be able to tie all UAT scenarios back to the Business Processes.Driving UAT sessions with SMEs and ensuring progress, Triage issues and categorize change vs defectAssisting train-the-trainer sessions with OCM, Preparing MOS for Hypercare with PMHosting Hypercare: Triaging issues and reporting defectsCreate pricing dashboard analyzing various drivers impacting product pricingPerform Analytical breakdowns of pricing structures and sales funnels of products and services and identifying specific strategies used in pricing modelsTranslate complex data into actionable pricing strategies and gain insight into the driversMust have skills
