AECOM is seeking an Engineering Designer to be based in Phoenix, Arizona.This position is expected to begin in April 2025.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Analyze hydrology and hydraulics including 1D and 2D modeling, stormwater management, drainage master planning, dams and levees, floodplain mapping, highway drainage and bridge hydraulics, green infrastructure / low impact development, and river restoration.Assist in preparing project reports, engineering calculations and development of drawings and visual aidsCreates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.Collaborate with other teams, departments or business lines across AECOM.Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
