Field Service Technician for our client in Phoenix, AZ Job Title: Field Service Technician Job Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Contract Job Description:- OS Windows 7, 10 & 11.
- Office 365 Basic Client Support.
- Basic Networking (HW & general understanding of IP, DNS, DHCP, console cable).
- EUC HW & SW troubleshooting.
- PC imaging and deployment.
- Basic Mobility Knowledge (Android & iOS).
- Ticketing Tool, if possible Snow.
- Communication Skills – convey a message in an easy way to an EU.
- Self-driven.
- Able work under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to travel between sites.
