- OS Windows 7, 10 & 11
- Office 365 Basic Client Support
- Basic Networking (HW & general understanding of IP, DNS, DHCP, console cable)
- EUC HW & SW troubleshooting
- PC imaging and deployment
- Basic Mobility Knowledge (Android & iOS)
- Ticketing Tool, if possible Snow
- Communication Skills convey a message in an easy way to an EU
- Self-driven
- Able work under minimal supervision
- Flexibility to travel between sites
