DescriptionA highly motivated self-starter will be excited to hear about the excellent career opportunity being offered by Robert Half for a General Office Clerk. The ideal candidate for this General Office Clerk role will be able to perform various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.About the role:
Answer telephone calls and manage outgoing ones as well
Emphasize proper formatting and style when drafting correspondence
Performing data entry, scanning, word processing, copying, filing, and faxing
Supporting diverse projects for other employees as needed
Greeting customers with a smile
Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties
Interface with customers in a friendly manner and provide service quickly and accurately
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
Familiar with handling office equipment
Microsoft Office experience desired
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
1 year of Office Clerk experience recommended
