We are currently seeking a Software Development Integration Lead to join our team. This position will work remotely from your home office located within the US.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Understand high-level Integration needs and define efficient, scalable, and high-performance Enterprise-level Integration Solution Architecture and Design
  • Work with onshore and offshore team members to get the work done and collaborate with client and NTT leadership on progress and status updates
  • Collaborate with client and other stakeholders to understand technological & business challenges faced in Integration space and architect/design integration solutions aligned with client's business objectives and goals
  • Evaluate, analyze, document requirements/mapping into agreed integration requirement specifications/templates
  • Integrated online scheduling, streamlined SSO data loads, EHR documentation practices and data flow, identity data flow, data flow into HIE and data lakes
  • Lead integration testing by following prescribed test scripts, assigning roles and duties for testing, and documenting any errors for resolution
  • Review system test plans and system test modules before implementation
  • Provide technical expertise required for the integration projects implementation
  • Develop standards, processes, and templates, as necessary for integration project delivery
  • Generate innovative ideas and apply them in implementing solutions
  • Should be able to advise management and developers on potential future business needs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing integration solutions and architecture principles
  • API, HL7, FHIR connectivity with EMR, Practice Management Systems, Scheduling Systems, etc.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing interfaces in one or more leading Integration technologies (e.g., Rhapsody, IIB, Ensemble, MuleSoft, etc.)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience on HL7 (Health Level 7), Enterprise Application Integration, and EHR/EMR Environment
  • Education: Bachelor / Master of Computer Application or equivalent engineering / IT degree from an accredited University

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong background and understanding of Integration, Distributed enterprise messaging services, APIs, microservices, cloud computing solutions, Security and DevOps technologies landscape
  • Good knowledge of Healthcare Provider domain, including department workflows and processes, and standards (i.e., HL7, FHIR, CCD, DICOM, etc.)
  • Experience with handling customer and other third-party vendors effectively
  • Must have problem solving ability to provide solutions to complex and new business problems
  • Good knowledge of Healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA, ARRA) & their impact on business
  • Should have good Conceptual Modeling Skills to engage stakeholders in more meaningful dialog and decompose the Abstract into Details
  • Good Communication and inter-personal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with offshore development a plus
