- Lead the setup and development of HR Shared Services Management including wellness center, physical security, and employee services of cafeteria, dormitory, transportation, general affairs, etc.
- Plan, organize, and control the overall management of the aforementioned areas.
- Foster collaboration between teams based on business needs and HR strategies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in management of employee cafeterias, dormitories, transportation, security, health centers, or malls.
- Relevant certifications, such as PHR or SHRM, preferred.
- Strong project management, communications, organization, and interpersonal skills to work with teams and individuals at all levels within the organization.
- HR shared services hands-on experience in the global technology industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with federal, state, local, or regional employment related laws, regulations, policies, and practices is a plus.
- Passion for HR Shared Services, Wellness, and Security domain.
