They consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes. - Grow and maintain knowledge of and leverage cutting edge IT industry/marketplace/ITAM industry-specific technologies and processes and trends to support the most efficient process for UHG
- 11+ years of professional IT experience, with steadily increasing responsibilities
- 7+ years of SQL and data analysis experience in or exposure to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience leading and collaborating with technical teams with little supervision.
- Exposure working in Highly matrixed teams and/or managing IT Projects, initiatives and deliverables

- Graduate Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with hardware and software provisioning, procurement, contract interpretation and or compliance policies and processes
- Health Care industry or Fortune 100 size company & complexity experience
- International experience
- Exposure to enabling automation capabilities through a DevOps model
- Knowledge of Agile software development processes & practices, methodologies and terminology
- Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
