Legal Document Specialist - 2nd Shift (Onsite)

RR Donnelley is adding Legal Document Specialists to their team!In this role, we are seeking a Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive project requests by working with a team of individuals across multiple shifts and locations. Candidates must enjoy producing quality work and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Knowledge in legal word/document processing using various legal software, tools, Microsoft Office suite is an added advantage.Must be able to commute to Phoenix, AZShift:  Tuesday -  Saturday, 12PM - 830PMTraining: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM (3-6weeks)Pay: $19.19 hourly plus $2.00 shift differentialResponsibilities:Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using a variety of software applicationsConvert, clean and format documents to/from different file formatsCreate charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requestedCreate and/or edit Tables of Authorities and Table of ContentsPerform data entry utilizing various software applicationsTranscribe analog or digital dictation filesRestore/recover corrupted document files as necessaryProvide telephone help desk support to troubleshoot application queriesComplete all assigned jobs by the deadline in an accurate and timely mannerHandle sensitive and/or confidential documents and informationFollow established policies and procedures at all timesPerform additional duties as necessary or assigned
