- Provide support for the production environments and non-production Linux/Unix environments
- Create and deploy operating system patches and patching bundles for all Linux/Unix operating systems
- Configuring and managing periodic system backups
- Respond to all incident, working on changes and Service requests
- Experience with Linux on VMWare is critical with Linux migration
- Administration of physical & logical server partitions (LPAR) f) Carry out scheduled server maintenance / reboot activities
- Liaise with third party providers/vendors and track and close issues raised with them in case of troubleshooting that involves third party teams
- Logical / physical partition management for different UNIX platforms
- Participating in capacity planning
- Experience working on AWS Operations, provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running on AWS with best practices.
- Working experience on Open Shift and building Ansible playbooks for IaC Automation is desired.
- Provisioning, and configuration management tools and technologies like Ansible and Teraform
- Able to troubleshoot issues with S3, EMR failures, Lamda, SQS, SNS, and other AWS services in collaboration with Product teams and AWS support and restore service with SLA’s
