The Work: You’ll often be: Leading projects that drive the market forward with Metaverse technologies, including Multiparty Systems (Blockchain, Tokenization, NFTs) to Extended Reality (Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality) Delivering solutions for our most complex client engagements for early adopters, managing the full life cycle of implementation and overseeing the required project components as the interface to clients Helping clients move through the education and experimentation phases on to production and value quickly and effectively Coordinating across multiple teams on client engagements to evaluate the business case, formulate an approach, propose the technology solution, and assess risks Liaising with a global team of experts to provide a comprehensive suite of metaverse services built on our institutional knowledge of processes, tools, or technologies What’s In It For You ? Here's what you need:Minimum of 7 years’ experience leveraging emerging technologies to deliver large scale transformations for clients
Minimum of 3 years ’ foundational knowledge of processes, tools, or technologies related to the Metaverse ( Multiparty Systems (Blockchain, Tokeni zation, NFTs) or Extended Reality (AR/VR))
Minimum of 7 years' demonstrated experience understanding, assessing, and analyzing industry or business challenges, identifying new opportunities, and explaining how an offering and service provides value with an objective and independent point of view
Minimum of 7 years' demonstrated experience presenting to clients as well as facilitation experience with storytelling skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Professional Skills Requirement:Strong communicator with comfortability explaining new and complex scenarios and solutions in a simple, logical manner that addresses varying audiences from business process leads to C- s uite and department leads
Bonus point if you have:Exposure to insights on key methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry
Prior Management Consulting or enterprise services business experience
Understanding of the services sales & delivery lifecycle (from origination to secondary sale)
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $111,000 - $249,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
