Client Name: State of AZ: Arizona Department of Health Services Job Description: The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) is looking for a mobile applications developer to support the Arizona Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC). The Arizona WIC Program has an Android and iOS mobile application called EzWIC, which is used by the Arizona, American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), District of Columbia (DC), Guam, and Navajo Nation WIC participants The mobile applications developer will support the enhancements and maintenance of the EzWIC mobile application. Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications to meet functional and technical designs following best practices and development standards and guidelines. This includes coding, testing, debugging, implementing, and documentation.
• Creates deliverables according to the Software Development Life cycle such as functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation.
• Analyzes and assists with creating reusable and enterprise level mobile applications both for IOS and Android using Xamarin Forms 2.5 and above, Xcode, and Scandit.
• Supports production systems; analyzes and resolves production problems in a timely manner; resolves end user service requests as assigned. Performs root cause analysis and remediation in one or more applications or systems. Translates business requirements into system specifications. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
• Translate requirements into business, functional and use case documents for large, complex projects. Responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, elicitation and re-engineering. Responsible for documenting the functional design documents around various modules.
• Engages with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements, and contributes to completion of functional specifications. Reviews changes within subject areas; knowledge of technology trends and functionality changes targeted to improve/enhance performance.
• Maintain business systems standards by applying software development, project management methods, tools and processes as standard practice.
• Prepare and deliver informative, well-organized presentations and project status reviews to stakeholders including process owners, customers and stakeholders

• Knowledge of multiple programming languages, multiple database management systems, multiple development platforms, and systems integration
• Knowledge of developing and writing technical documentation
• Knowledge of evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details and extract to functional requirements
• Knowledge of directing multiple/concurrent implementations of IT solutions
• Knowledge of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of multi-tier applications
• Knowledge of .NET web application development
• Knowledge of using relational databases (Oracle and/or SQL Server) databases and develop enterprise PUSQL I T-SQL stored procedures
• Knowledge of OOP concepts and LIi design skills in ASP.NET
• Knowledgeable with development tools such as Visual Studio, SSIS, SSRS, 11S, jQUERY, Model-View-Controller (MVC)
• Knowledge of the performance management model and continuous quality improvement (CQl)methods in a public setting
• Knowledge Xamarin Forms 2.5 and above
• Knowledge of Plug ins like Xcode and Scandit software.
• Knowledge of C# code and N tier application
• Knowledge of creating mobile application both for IOS and Android
• Knowledge of creating web api, restful service
• Knowledge of implementing push notifications on Android and iOS devices
