Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Top Secret/SCIJob Family: Network EngineeringARMA-Global is currently pursuing a qualified candidate to serve as a Network Engineering Subject Matter Expert to support the Design, Development, Engineering, Integration, Testing and Implementation and Sustainment of critical technologies for our customers. Functional area include, but not limited to: Enterprise Networks, Airborne Mission Networking, SATCOM, and Cryptography.ResponsibilitiesAs a Network Engineering Subject Matter Expert, the candidate will work closely with a team of dedicated multi-disciplined professionals in supporting customer mission objectives. You'll be responsible for working with coworkers, partners, stakeholders and customer representatives to create effective solutions, providing support to organizational Development & Engineering projects to deliver next-generation technologies across a wide-range of services and emerging capabilities, culminating in the delivery of unparalleled services that enhance customer mission effectiveness.In this role you will:Work with a group of amazing people, committed to customer success

Ensure solutions and activities delivered are aligned with the strategy and vision of the customer

Collaborate with fellow teammates on complex problems and recommend improvements

Assist in the deconstruction and interpretation of requirements supporting team projects

Commit to staying abreast of emerging technologies and evolving customer goals and objectives

Engage with stakeholders and supporting teams, ensuring customer expectations, satisfaction, risks and cost is managed appropriately as it relates to your activities

Advocate for and articulate Development, Integration, Testing and product sustainment activities, contributing to processes and outcomes that enhance productivity, reduce cost while providing for evolutionary change to legacy service delivery models with sole purpose of increasing warfighter service availability, resilience, effectiveness and readiness

Adhere to standards, policies, protocols, procedures and best practices that truly embody a “Best of Breed” Development & Engineering services delivery

Participate in architectural and design discussions as they pertain to Future State, Concepts, and planned or active Development & Engineering projects

Participating in strategic engagements and events, as required

Brief stakeholders on planned and active projects and activities

You'll be critical to executing solutions in support of customer outcomes. Specifically, you'll be:Keeping up-to-date with the latest innovations in technology – from new technology platforms, software and services to cutting edge tools that allow customers and teams to capitalize on efficiencies and deliver cost savings while enabling service expansion through deliberate technology investments that yield transformational capabilities to end-users

Lead projects, support milestones and provide for hands-on technical development, integration, and implementation

Leading the execution of approved technology-centric project activities while fostering partnerships, and external relationships with other strategic partners to deliver resilient and highly available solutions

Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesDemonstrable knowledge or experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Enterprise Networks, Airborne Mission Networking, SATCOM, and Cryptography

Knowledge of DoD Development and Engineering processes

Excellent communication skills

Extensive experience leading complex and innovative technology projects

Technical writing experience is a must

Security RequirementsMust have a SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI (TS/SCI)

Physical DemandsLift over 35 LBS

Work EnvironmentWork environment is administrative office

Education, Certification and Experience RequirementsBS or equivalent experience in a STEM role

5+ years of combined DoD and/or Commercial industry project management experience

ITIL Foundation certification a plus

DoD 8570 IA Workforce certification a plus
