Position Details: Pediatric Male Patient · Acuity Level: G-tube,Trach, and Vent · Location: Phoenix85009 · Schedule: Parttime & Full time are available · Day shifts:Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00am (You do NOT have to work the full week, butwhatever days you are able to work) Night shifts available: Monday-Friday, 8:00pm-6:00am (You do NOT have to work the full week, but whatever nights you are able to work)
About case:
The patient is a beautiful sweet little boy who everyone falls inlove with when they meet him.
(We offer training for these skills if you do not haveexperience!)
Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
