Job Description: Position will be 100% remote. The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets: ArcGIS Web AppBuilder development, Street Map Premium (SMP) experience. Custom locators. JOB SUMMARY The person in this position is responsible for developing new GIS applications using ESRI's Web AppBuilder, maintaining existing department based GIS web-based applications and developing or maintaining web services including locators (geocoders) developed using ArcGIS StreetMap Premium. This position will also be responsible for patching and upgrading ESRI server based applications and provide input for database solutions. The duties may include analyzing GIS data, proposing various methods of automating GIS analysis, database development including stored procedures. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of:
- Web services, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, spatial data, geo-databases, relational databases
- Mapping software including ESRI ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro.
- Mapping tools including Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS StreetMap Premium.
- Geographic projections, data sources and formats, information analysis, relational databases and geo-databases
- Latest data processing hardware and software technology advances, a thorough knowledge of GIS technologies, relational database and geodatabase management, analysis and modeling
- Geographic information analysis and modeling methods and techniques, cartographic presentations and image analysis
- Programming languages including .Net, C#, SQL, TSQL, JavaScript
- ESRI web-based development (ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, widgets, JavaScript API)
