- Possess advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Possess excellent analytical, logical and time management skills.
- Possess strong oral communication skills, and be able to understand technical jargon as well as communicate without it
- Must be able to prioritize their workload to maximize the attainment of service level targets on callbacks and resolutions
- Must be able to use the IT knowledge base and other specialized tools to supplement their own abilities and increase their success rate in problem resolution.
- Prior experience with IT equipment
- experience in XSTORE development or L3 OR L1 OR L2 Support
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Educated as: B.E., B.Tech, MCA or Equivalent
- Experience in Oracle Micros Xstore POS installation and Level 1 troubleshooting.
