RR Donnelley is adding a Presentation Designer to their team!In this role, you will be responsible for creating templates, backgrounds, and presentations incorporating information graphics, charts, metaphorical graphics, and diagrams for high-level clients - primarily using PowerPoint and secondly Adobe Creative Suite software. Presentations will range from RFPs to Company's pitches and any internal materials.1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memorandaImport and revise graphics files as necessaryCreate and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projectsAttention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aestheticsCollaborate with team members on complex or special projectsMaintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking toolCoordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associatesMonitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlinesAssess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completionHandle sensitive and/or confidential documents and informationTrain new employees on policies and proceduresCommunicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.Assist with monthly metrics and reportingMay work with motion graphics and multimedia work
