Tittle: Product OwnerLocation:Phoenix, AZDuration: 6+ months The Product Owner will be responsible for maintaining, improving and expanding transaction processing capabilities provided to our Merchants and Partners. The Product Owner should be strategic and a detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced role within the organization. This Product Owner will: Actively participate to design the capability roadmap to enable business processes that support the transaction processing products Identify product solutions for short term tactical needs and long-term strategy Deliver tools & capabilities based on customer needs, competitive analysis and market and technology trends Lead requirement definition sessions Write and coach others in writing user stories. Establish acceptance criteria, test strategy, and write user acceptance test cases. Lead scope prioritization sessions and backlog grooming Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, business partners, and technology partners Support governance processes for merchant payments The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Experience writing user stories Knowledge of merchant transaction processing capabilities Ability to gate-keep and manage scope "Growth Mindset " with a passion for innovative thinking Understanding of Client business drivers, merchant needs, and market trends Ability to think globally and drive standardization in processes and capabilities (May be required to "act locally " where governed by compliance, legal, or market-specific requirements) Proven track record of communication and leadership without authority Demonstration of skill in gathering and facilitating requirements definitionAbility to drive innovation, communicate effectively, and influence without authority are necessary leadership attributes of the successful candidateBe a part of the ConsultNet difference.
