- Network Certification Services (NCS) is part of Client Network Operations. The team is primarily responsible for customer setups on Client internal systems, establishing connectivity (iVPN and MPLS/Ethernet) between customers and the Client network, certification (host authorizations, submissions, product, terminal, etc.). Client’s main customers are merchants, processors, network issuers and acquirers.
- NCS analysts are responsible for leading the connectivity efforts that help ensure customers can successfully connect to and complete transactions on the Client network.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for building relationships with internal and external customers, managing certification projects (this included supporting network connectivity, facilitating the implementation of customers and solutions in production that enable card acceptance), and representing NCS in a professional manner to all customers (internal and external).
- Knowledge of connectivity (IPs, VPN, MPLS/Ethernet).
- Knowledge of the payments industry and emerging technology.
- Familiarity with authorization, financial, and non-financial message file formats and payment platforms and processes a plus.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrate familiarity with the Agile framework.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical details to non-technical business partners.
- Strong attention to detail, Ability to effectively manage escalations.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage the completion of tasks.
