A temporary Receptionist position, offered on a short-term basis, is currently available at a company based in the Phoenix area.Your responsibilities in this role
Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Put in orders for office and kitchen supplies
Be a welcoming presence for visitors
Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals

Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills
Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures
Requirements
Customer service and office administrative skills
2+ years of related experience
Optimistic, perceptive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
Strong communication and social skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comprehensive knowledge of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
