JOB DESCRIPTION"o 8 + years functional/configuration experience in SAP CAR (Customer Active Repository)o At least 2+ life cycle implementations of SAP CAR including 4.0/5.0 versiono Experience with the following modules of CAR: Point-of-Sale Data Transfer and Audit (POSDTA), Omni-channel Article Availability and Sourcing (OAA), and Multichannel Transaction Data Management (MTDM), Omnichannel Promotion Pricing (OPP)o Expertise in leading blueprint workshops, Best practices, Sprints, SAP Configuration, Custom (PRICEFW) Development, Cutover Activities, Data Migration, Testing and User Training and hyper-care support experienceo Experience with CAR HANA Reporting and FIORIo Experience with SAP Retail and Sales and Distributiono Experience with business process to support Omni-channel environments including e-commerce, bricks and mortars.o Experience with Retail systems architecture and integration with SAPo Experience with Agile methodology including SAP Activateo Knowledge of Reporting using the content for POS Analytics and other CAR functionso Strong client facing skills and ability to lead a team through all phases of SAP implementationo Flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approacho Proficiency in Microsoft Officeo Strong written and verbal communication skillso Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skillso Strong communication and presentation skillso Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO levelo Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applicationso Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are requiredo Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teamso Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancementso Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologieso Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.o MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%.o A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena"Thanks,Sudheer ThatavarthiTechnical Recruiter, IT Trailblazers LLC(D):Vacancy expired!
