Job Summary

In this role you will focus on implementing Agile processes to ensure the achievement of project objectives. Responsibilities may include coordinating a project or program's projects, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies; leading project governance, reporting, budgeting and finance; overseeing program management resources; setting budgets validating expense reconciliation for underlying projects; developing a program plan; and coordinating with the development team(s) as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining the teams backlog, hold daily stand-up and other Agile ceremonies. You will draw on your experience with business, technology, data, and analytics as well as demonstrated success in building relationships with client-facing business stakeholders and users. Major Responsibilities:
  • Drive execution of product roadmap, working closely with product, design, and development teams
  • Manage features prioritization and estimation with focus on business value
  • Establish project governance, working groups, and communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure roadmap is socialized with stakeholder groups and risks and dependencies are identified and escalated
  • Ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated, and drive on-time delivery across teams Report project / program status
  • Manage dependencies proactively, coordinate across teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks Identify reporting needs and cadence for stakeholder groups and manage delivery
  • Organize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions
  • Track financials related to expenditures including software, hardware, and resource allocation

  • Undergraduate degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • 5-6 years' related experience managing technology infrastructure or application development projects, preferably in banking or fintech
  • 2+ years' experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience in an international corporation with a remote workforce preferred
  • Expertise in Agile principles and processes
  • Advanced knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment
  • Experience developing project plans and documentations, driving on-time delivery, and managing risks and issues proactively, and leading a cross-functional team
  • Good understanding of technical concepts and considerations in building complex web applications, systems integration, and comfort in working closely with engineers
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive results
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Stay on top of tasks and responsibilities; works well with minimal supervision; responds in a timely manner
