Within the SDI Agile Enablement Office (SDI-AEO), Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join the Strategy, Process, Tools and Reporting (SPTR) team to drive SDI Agile & Product transformation and evolving organizational maturity in the consistent and effective use of our agile tools and reporting suite of services.In This Role, you will:In this highly visible role in the SDI organization you will interact with many different parts the organization and be involved in a very wide range of initiatives centered around driving our agile transformation through the effective use of our agile tools, producing value-add reporting and key organizational metrics that will be leveraged by business and technology consumers alike. You will:Provide end user training and education services and drive best practice adoption of our agile tool stack. The focus is on the Jira Align tool, but also extends to Jira and Confluence.

Own and manage 'end to end' Jira Align user training function including delivering hands on training.

Provide the day-to-day support and troubleshooting resolution for our end-user community in the agile tool suite which includes providing reporting and metrics services and solutions.

Partner with Technology providers to implement and support the agile tool stack, the reporting services and metrics dashboards, and mature SDI's use of these resources.

Tactically solve problems for our end users on a day-to-day basis, with a focus on great customer service and rapid resolution times.

Be expected to work directly with all levels across the organization including senior management and be considered a subject matter expert in this space.

Be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.

Be able to work strategically and tactically, be outcome driven to solve problems.

Be able to work independently as well as collaborate and consult with peers and technical experts to resolve complex issues and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications:4+ years of digital product management experience in an agile operating organization, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Qualifications:Hands on experience and expertise with Agile tools and MS Office including but not limited to JIRA, JQL, JIRA Align, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a high degree of comfort in presenting to large audiences

Strong critical thinking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in eliciting information needed to drive initiatives forward.

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

Practical experience with executing in agile software development scaling methodologies.

Experience moving teams and organizations from Waterfall to Agile methodologies and Agile Transformations.

Agile Scrum (CSM), SAFE, LeSS certifications or other advanced Agile certifications.

This position is a hybrid work model and will not be a telecommute position, must be willing to work out of Pheonix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, or San Francisco, CA approximately 3 days a week.
