The Data Office provides the principles, policies, processes, architecture and governance to enable consistent, trusted and usable data to drive accurate data-driven business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager of Communication and Adoption will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) Communication Strategy, Brand Equity and Program Adoption.Communication

Build a well-defined communications strategy that ensures appropriate messaging at various levels, using impactful and relevant channels

Create consistent transparency across the program for both colleagues, partners and external stakeholders

Establish creative mechanisms that efficiently organize, repurpose, and publish material to various recipients

Brand Equity

Own, develop, manage and govern the EDG brand toolkit (including imagery, checklists, process, guidelines, mailboxes, distribution etc.) to establish a clear brand identity

Capture and analyze Voice of the customer via multiple channels

Own, manage and create the strategy for a streamlined documentation and information sharing via multiple channels (Confluence, internal social presence (AXP Square) etc.)

Conceptualize, design, and layout product collateral including presentations and various print and digital assets

Program Adoption

Support education and training content to acclimate and evangelize the Program, Processes and technology that support data governance efforts

Work with internal subject matter experts to develop high impactful content and instructional content

Conceptualize, orchestrate and conduct enterprise wide EDG events to bring awareness and adoption

Foster innovative ideation, new learnings, knowledge transfer, and a renewed momentum to strive for excellence

Drive process efficiencies by clear & consistent messaging across various communication channels

QualificationsA successful candidate will have:5 years of professional experience in a leading role in communications or journalism

Proven ability to craft and implement proactive and effective communications strategies that drive key business and communications outcomes

Experience with web-based corporate wiki products like Confluence, Intranet publishing software, and Office 365/SharePoint

Advanced knowledge and expertise in PowerPoint and Visual presentation skills

Creative storyteller, visual illustrator, and content management is a must

Strong writing skills needed to produce clear and concise materials

Keen attention to detail and ability to anticipate stakeholder and program needs

Ability to partner and influence across multiple teams, functional areas, and levels of leadership to drive results
