Position Description:• Communicate clearly with peers as well as management and provide technical leadership to junior network admins• Perform hands-on analysis of the production systems, fault resolution, capacity planning and root cause analysis for critical issues• Analyze and resolve performance issues, capacity issues• Proactively monitor the systems to ensure high availability services with minimum downtime• Manage and escalate cases to vendors for problem resolution• Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required• Build tools to automate processes and operate production systems• Act and work both independently and in a team environment• Performs all other job-related duties as requested• Expert technical leadership in the design, implementation and management of Client's Active Directory environment on premise• Management of access related AWS cloud hosted components• Strong understanding of Active Directory design and principles• Expert level knowledge of DNS, DHCP, GPO Management, and AD replication services• Ability to plan, scope and estimate work effort to produce high quality deliverables on time/on budget• Expert level understanding of ACL management and Powershell• Experience with Windows Server 2016 and 2019• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently • Highly solution focused; strong sense of urgency with a passion for 100% quality Technology:

Operating Systems/EnvironmentMicrosoft Active Directory - Advanced - 5 years experienceDNS/DHCP - Advanced - 5 years experienceAWS IAM - Advanced - 5 years experience

Programming Languages/Development Tools:Windows Server 2016/2019
