Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic, passionate and aspiring Software Engineer Intern to join Intel's Assembly and Test Technology Development (ATTD) group.We seek software developers who are ready to take on new challenges, solve ambiguous/challenging problems and learn along the way. In this position you will contribute to the design, development and deployment of silicon and substrate design automation capabilities. You will have the opportunity to design and develop end-to-end functionality and deliver new functionality in an agile software development environment.Software Engineers conduct or participate in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with design, layout and/or hardware engineers in the design, development, and utilization of productivity enhancement layout tools and design rule checkers, electronic data processing systems software. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education, judgement and formal software process.The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits and/or skills:

QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences .Minimum Qualifications:

Actively pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science, with 6+ months of experience in Computer Engineering, Software Development, Software Engineering or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with one or more of the following:

C/C programming

Python/C# programming

Data structures and algorithms

Software design and architecture

Computational Geometry

eCAD tools like Mentor Expedition, Cadence Allegro

STL and Boost libraries

Agile and Scrum practices

AI and ML fundamentals
